TERMS OF USE (END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT – EULA)

1. INTRODUCTION
   Welcome to FragAbi App („the App“). This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you („User“) and [Your Company Name] („Company,“ „we,“ „us,“ or „our“). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

2. LICENSE GRANT
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
   The App offers auto-renewable subscription services to access premium features, including but not limited to:

• AI-powered PDF Interpreter, Image Interpreter, and AI Tutor Chat
• Exclusive content and additional functionalities

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store settings.

No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

5. USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK
   If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to improve the App, you agree that:

6. RESTRICTIONS & PROHIBITED USES
   You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App’s code or content.
• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
• Share your account access with others.
• Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

7. TERMINATION
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   The App is provided „AS IS“ without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service and are not responsible for data loss or damages resulting from use of the App.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayilma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    This EULA is governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany.
11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
    We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
